Hi, I’m Caroline

i’m on a mission to transform loss into something beautiful

A career marketing gal, my life was turned upside down when I unexpectedly lost my 17-year-old son in a tragic accident. Forced to embark on a journey of grief and loss I never wanted to take, I suddenly questioned the core of who I am—I was unhinged and unmoored—and completely lost without my identity as a mother. Despite the loving embrace of family and friends, I traveled a lonely road for months trying to find something I could grasp onto that would take the heaviness and darkness out of my everyday existence.

I eventually found a path to healing by actively searching for and finding any beauty left in this world. If I could find beauty again, I could find my son, and begin to live in that moment. I learned it’s possible to turn tragedy into hope, and developed my coaching style around the concept of “beautiful grieving.” My mission is to help others who feel stuck, lost, or even broken find the path to beauty and ultimately, transform their experience of loss into hope and greater meaning.

Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a former career, or an identity, I’m in your corner to help you navigate life’s toughest, yet most meaningful transitions. As someone who uniquely understands your pain and suffering, my fulfillment comes from putting you on the path to peace and helping you find greater purpose and meaning.

Join me for the launch of my first community event - Beautiful Grieving: A Grief Circle for Mothers. At this private gathering, we will hold a safe and sacred space to honor our loved ones, facilitate a conversation about our grief and loss, and share coping skills to get through the awkwardness of daily living.
